EN | The Medieval Fair of Belmonte or Belmonte Medieval for 3 years now, is a thematic event that counts already with 14 editions without slowing its growth. It is already considered by many as one of the 5 main medieval fairs of the country not only by the importance of its historical patrimony but also by the increasing affluence of people to the enclosure.
These posters are the first dive of a medieval transformation that the village of Belmonte suffers to reach its peak in August. The involvement of the population has been remarkable and in the last 3 years an exclusive photographic casting has been launched to the natural, inhabitants, workers or students of Belmonte in which the chosen ones have the opportunity be the faces of the history not only in the posters but also in the parades of the event itself.
In total, during these four years of participation, more than 70 people were photographed, of which 12 were characters in the stories recreated in the posters.

É já considerada por muitos como uma das 5 principais feiras medievais do país não só pela importância do seu património histórico, mas também pela crescente afluência de pessoas ao recinto.
